Thanks guys. Kabir that’s what I assumed as well but it seems Mumbai airport has different levels of alert and in Dec it was on red :rolleyes:

Yes the alert levels are possible. Mumbai is quite sensitive when it comes to this.

Yes the alert levels are possible. Mumbai is quite sensitive when it comes to this.

Pictures are NOT prohibited on civilian airports, you could have told them of at Mumbai. But Goa is a Navy base so yes there are restrictions there.

I’m a frequent enough visitor to Heathrow’s Terminal 3 and can confirm that Jet Airways use this particular terminal for their flights. I was really disappointed last Easter when I was walking to the gate for my EVA Air flight to Bangkok and passed the Jet Airways Mumbai gate, but it was too dark to see the A340 parked just a few metres away!

As for exits, I’m confused as well. There is just one main entrance/exit.

Yea just wanted to know fi there is one main exit/entrace or there are multiple. 🙂

Thanx for the explanation murph.

I wonderif the new age engines have such a system that fuel consumption is tried to be kept in a balance at any given altitude? That could probably be a reason of the great fuel efficiency of aircrafts such as the 777ER etc.
