Sitting outside with a beer listening to Led Zeppelin IV watching the University go through its day. Utter bliss! 😀

unfortunately not. Was quite a lot of drama though, if i remember correctly the ‘slapper’ was cuffed with plastic hand cuffs.

And I am sorry, it was SIN-DEL not MEL.

I have seen a passenger slap another passenger over this same issue on a SQ flight on the MEL-SIN sector.

Most people facing problems, seem to be on a BT connection and in a specified geographical area.

The forum and Key Publishing servers are working absolutely fine.

The ‘search’ function is broken at the moment, and will be fixed in the near future.

The forum running slow has already been notified to the WebMaster and he will be looking into the problem. Do note that the forum seems to be working fine for most people, try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps.

actualy i’m far from xenephobic or racist

but it is a fair and valid point

why should it always fall to america and the uk to sort out everyone elses problems and to put up with those that flee here and to the U.S.

It doesn’t. As simple as that. It’s a vested interest to keep for both US and Britain, to maintain the edge of their financial, political and military might. If this was not the case, or if the West (so to speak) was not highly uncomfortable and insecure with the gradual loss of ‘power’ in world geopolitics, Libya would have not happened.

Libya is an agenda, not a humanitarian shield as it is perceived to be. Which may be fine for all parties involved in the operation. But if you enter a mess, you clean it up, and you don’t whine later on the consequences.

Air France highlights evidence of technical problem on AF447

Air France has emphasised the evidence of a technical malfunction on the Airbus A330 which crashed in the South Atlantic two years ago, after French investigators detailed the final minutes of flight AF447.
Preliminary information shows that the aircraft climbed and stalled at high altitude, and that the crew failed to recover from the stall before the A330 struck the ocean surface.
France’s Bureau d’Enquetes et d’Analyses confirmed there was a sudden change in displayed speeds and that there was a discrepancy between that shown on the primary flight display and that on the standby instrument system.
