Fleet: since we will fly both doemstic and international i will resort to an all Boeing fleet with B737-700s/800s for domestic purposes and B772LR and B773ER for long haul, and 6 ATR 72s.

For domestic routes here of course all the main metros with each other and other imp. cities. The B737s will also serve Bangladesh, Pakistan(if the govt. allows :D), Nepal. The ATRs will form Varsha Wings….a low cost arm.
Starting of direct DEL-JFK flights and for other US cities will use FRA(daily) as base. Will operate to AMS(4 times a week), LHR and(daily) and CDG.
In Asia will operate to BKK conencted to Narita(daily), direct flights to HK (5 times) and twice weekly to Shanghai. Main Asia flight will be to Singapore daily and Singapore-Mel 5 times a week.
