We all lose our parents but I suppose I’m in a similar situation to Bumblebee. I’m going to lose my Dad twice, once mentally and then finally physically. This Christmas is almost certainly the last Christmas that my Dad will still be my Dad. He comes and goes but mostly now I live with a stranger. This song, which I’ve known for years, reminds me to take advantage of every opportunity to let him know that whoever he becomes I will always remember ‘the old man.’

There are a fair few flights stuck at BRU due to non-availability of the fluid. Since the fluid comes from France at BRU and a lot of arterial roads are closed due to ice, it seems a lot of flights are not going anywhere.

The aircraft that is scheduled to pick me up for DEL on Wednesday is also currently stranded at BRU, passengers are being taken to London via road.

so how is LHR holding up today?
