not disputing the illegitimacy of the happenings Kev…. just thought would put that up seeing it was an interview with someone directly involved with the rioting.

You probably don’t hear the rioters side on the BBC…. but an interesting perspective posed by this man…

It’s pretty simple though is it not….if their is disturbance and rioting in your town/city, don’t ride your bicycle out on the street like a boss! No rocket science there. :rolleyes:

A bit of a tuck from Libya…

BBC Monitoring Libyan foreign ministry spokesman Khalid Ka’im has called on world governments to take action over the unrest in the UK. David Cameron has lost legitimacy and “must go”, Libya’s official news agency Jana reports. Libya “demands that the international community not stand with arms folded in the face of this gross aggression against the rights of the British people, who are demanding its right to rule its country”, the report said.

A lot of ‘police-state’ options listed there, Jay. I thought that’s exactly why Libya is being bombed, so that it’s not a police state?

A rather strange observation from my side but…sales of baseball bats on Amazon UK have gone up by 50,000 per cent!
