If that is the Jurca one, Bob DeFord has been operating one in Arizona for quite a few years now. It is quite a regular attendee at fly-ins and airshows on the West Coast.

Funny you should mention that, the last time I tried to visit (2 or 3 years ago) they couldn’t open the museum that morning as they couldn’t get the electricity on!
I see another misconception being repeated in this thread with the mention of Cosford. The RAF and the RAF Museum are separate entities. Just because the RAF are getting shot of a gate guard doesn’t mean that the RAF Museum will have any need (or wish) to be involved.
