Nice to hear that a wreck will be left the way it is instead of beeing stripped of original paint and markings etc

Not wanting to upset anybody but Im saddened when original paintwork and markings are removed etc, just wish id had the money to buy Jim Pearces 109E-7 that was recovered in 2003 I think and preserve it and not restore it

    Oh to win the Euromillions!

    Hello,

I realized that the Bf 109 G-6 replica got new colours, and now I looking for photos that show this current status. Possible some museum visitors can help me?

This was the “old” from the year 2004 that I know before:

And here is the current painting:

I want put this photos on my Messerschmitt Bf 109 website. The copyright of the photos will be displayed.

    Thanks for you help!

    Greetings,
    David

Out of interest who made the replica?

Depends who has made it from scratch I guess Cees, if you have made an item and have donated it on the understanding you have the right to it in future then it’s clear that it’s yours.

Always a tricky this, maybe it’s best to get something in writing to confirm ownership and even then disputes can still occur, they always do in the Avaition world!

People who drive motorbikes and weave in and out of traffic, the slogan should say think motorist and not bike!

Bikers should be forced to wear hi visibility or face a fine!
