    Hi Stewart

I may be able to help you as my Dad was one of the few Dowty Fuel Sytem Engineers that covered all the RAF bases etc in the UK

I will ask him but coincindentally as a result of a special trip for him around one of his old bases i discovered he first dealt with the fuel pumps on Gannets.

Plus i paid a visit to the Naval Airmuseum at Nordholtz where they have an upside down enigne outside which of course allows you to view the fuel pump

It looks very likely that your pump is off a Gannet but i will get the numbers checked with Dad as he remembers every engine he has worked on

His work has seen him physically cover: –
Gannet – Double Mamba Engine at Bristol
Hunter – Sapphire @ RAF Waterbeach and Wattisham
Victor – Sapphire @ RAF Gaydon, Cottesmore, Wittering and Witton
    TSR2 – Double Sapphire @ development Anstey
Phantom- Spey @ RAF Coningsby, Leuchars and Woodhall Spa
Jaguar – Adour @ RAF Warton, Coltishall and Lossiemouth
    Harrier /P1127 – Pegasus @ development Bristol

the gannet pump can be seen here

Did the guy you are dealing with work for Dowty at all ?

    cheers

    Mike
