I also work for Jet2.com on the ground but at Leeds. I can tell you that on Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday the flights are operated by 757s, whereas on a Friday it’s a 737.

I check in Jet2.com flights on a regular basis from NCL, Your seats will be preassigned before check in opens and they cant be used until you arrive to check in. You will have two seats together over the window A and B seats with your Infant sitting on the lap of the person in the window seat. Cant comment on weather the aircraft will be a 757 im affraid.

May i suggest you ring up the Jet2.com call Center a few days before to comfirm or call the MAN Jet2.com Ticket desk.

MAN Re-opened

Weather Situation at Manchester Airport
Manchester Airport has reopened as of 1pm and arrivals have started to land at the airport. The worst of the Weather appears to have now passed and our focus now is on clearing the runway and airfield of the remaining snow.

We expect a slow departure rate as we try and deal with the backlog of flights from this morning. We encourage all passengers flying today to check with their airlines for the latest up-to-date information on their flight.
