That’s a very good question,I’ve been told that she’ll certainly never be airworthy again. IIRC,the Vulcan at Hendon had her wings cut through for transport and then re-attached somehow (I’d always thought this was done by welding,but when I said that on here a few months back I was told that it’s impossible to weld aerostructures ). Presumably the wings will be reattached in a similar way to the Hendon Vulcan, however that was done.
Lightning T5 XS456 had her wings chopped off and reatached by a welding specialist who did a very good job. You cannot see where they were cut. So long as a good welder puts the wings back on concorde they should be ok.
