I agree, that one on the A340 is fantastic. A slight derivation to their current one, yet very effective. They really need to take note.
How about American and Continental.

1) Yes, one flight is done by the new A340-600 and one by the B744.
That’s what I thought. What are the inbound/outbound times for those flights? I saw the A346 at night. Thanks for the info.
Very above average Sandy!
NW has A320’s based in NRT?
If I’m not mistaken, GE is the only powerplant for the 777-300ER. The non-ER version uses all 3.
There’s an entire book written on the subject. Basically, once Juan Trippe left, it was over. Poor management and lack of a domestic route structure to support its extensive International network. Those are a few of the reasons.
United for sure. ANA and SQ, perhaps?
Whatever happens, they need to bring VS into Star Alliance. That’s what I’m hoping for.

I think it is Century City…
Nope, that’s downtown, boys. TransAmerica building in black to the right, convention center just above the 10 Freeway running diagonal up the screen. Tallest building in L.A. is that white one right in the middle, not sure of the name. It seems Skycruiser is in the downwind leg here, prior to making a right turn and landing on 24R. When they land on 25L, they come in from the South.
I have a few questions for you Skycruiser:
1) Are you guys sending an A346 into LAX as one of the 2 dailies? I thought I saw one parked there back in December.
2) Do you guys typically park on the north or south side of Bradley, and do you also typically land on rwy 24L/R?
3) How long have you been working for CX? My cousin used to work at LAX and CX was one of the airlines his company used to handle, along with BA, PR, JL, KE amongst other.
Not my best, but one of my favourite aircraft and definitely at my favourite location, SXM.
I like that DHL 757. How many 757 had those ‘old-school’ RB211’s on them?
All 3 are fantastic. I like the first one by virtue of its mint green belly.
Nice job Kev. I always enjoy Star Alliance shots.
Don’t they pretty much own the Austrian Group anyhow? I love how a parent company ‘leases’ an aircraft from their subsidiary. Like when LH leased a 767 from Condor back in the mid-90’s for their breif Australia flights.
