Looked OK at Abbotsford in August.
Spitfire T.8 G-AIDN was there that year.

Just checked the register and N7SY is a home-build Glasair III, so the Sea Prince must be registered differently.
Anson at Elvington
I never realised I had so many Anson pictures – not bad for someone who lives in Gothenburg and only has a bike to get around on!
Avro XIX
OK, here’s our Old Warden friend.
. . . not to mention the one at Duxford!
Anson at East Fortune
Then there’s this one at East Fortune, well on the way, apparently . . .
Ansons seen during my Canada trip in August 2004
1. British-built Avro Anson Mk I with Armstrong Siddeley Cheetah engines at the Commonwealth Air Training Plan Museum, Brandon.
2. Avro Anson Mk II 7401 with 330 hp Jacobs L-6MB engines at the Aero Space Museum of Calgary
3. Reynolds Alberta Museum and Reynolds Aviation Museum, Wetaskiwin, Alberta – close-up of the nose and 27 Squadron RAF crest on Avro Anson Mk V 12477 CF-HQZ “Lotsa Hope”
Motto: Quam celerrime ad astra – ‘With all speed to the Stars’.
Badge: An elephant – approved by HM King Edward VIII in October 1936. The badge was based on an unofficial emblem first used in 1934 and commemorates the Squadron’s first operational aircraft – the Martinsyde G100 ‘Elephant’ – and the unit’s long sojourn in India.
4. British Columbia Aviation Museum, Sidney – Anson II composite.
5. Ditto
Do you like these as well, Anna?
