Watched the James Brown biopic Get On Up on Wednesday excellent all round mix of Drama and odd funny moment. The two main characters of who Chadwick Boseman was fantastic as James Brown in my opinion in particular he got the dancing spot on with Nelson Ellis as James Brown’s verbal punch-bag Bobby Byrd was an equally portrayed character, as the long suffering friend who really gave him the lift he needed out of a life of crime but was treated according to the story like a whipping boy from time to time. Add to that the likes of Keith Robinson Dan Akroyd,Viola Davis,Octavia Spencer it all makes for a good experience if you like music in general no matter what you mainly listen to.

Last night: Star Wars Episode 6 ‘The Return Of The Jedi’ This movie leads to reading the book ‘Aftermath’ that has time line of events that occur from the end of ROTJ and the next film Episode 7 ‘The Force Awakens’ due for release this Dec.

The Last Enemy – Richard Hillary, Story of a young Battle Of Britain pilot. Unable to quickly escape from his burning aircraft, he suffered extensive burns to his face and hands, but did eventually escape the aircraft and bailed out into the North Sea where he was rescued by the Margate lifeboat Lord Southborough (ON 688). He recovered after lengthy plastic surgery went onto fly again only to be shot down in 1943 at the young age of 23 years old RIP Richard Hillary…..

As it is now the NHS is not able to cope, the NHS relies on those who are not ill paying into the system while they are at work does it not ? with more and more people being unemployed,adding to that any migrants,adding to that NHS health tourists who will pay for all this ? You can’t pay bills if you do not generate enough income that’s more my point and I fear that what is on it’s way is the US system of coarse I could be completely wrong.

I was merely asking the question bearing in mind what happened at the IAT, and since officially it has not been seen since Roland Falk at Farnborough (Unless known otherwise ?) It was not anything to do wanting to see “A pile of smouldering wreckage” as you so eloquently put it. Ask yourself this why would I want that ? it was a statement without any thought so wind your neck in both of you! If you can’t answer without being sarcastic don’t bother simple as that really.

Not all forumites are as technically minded or advanced about aviation as you two obviously are with all the business that goes with along with this fascination we all have who are on this forum, some like myself are just enthusiasts or are you an indication of the snobbery that some have on here ? I have mentioned before that some on here apparently believe only higher intellectuals are aloud to ask hypothetical questions ? The reason people ask questions no matter how hypothetical is with a view to learning or should people like myself just not bother and bow their heads in shame for daring to ask such ridiculous questions ?

FFS get over yourselves and get a life, this forum is for all enthusiasts not just the elite or those with an inexhaustible supply of aviation information, nobody is more important than anybody else on here and the sooner people like you realise that the better people like myself will be accepted. You are the face of Elitism/Snobbery whatever you want to call it. I would have thought this day an age society was more tolerant and this was consigned to history but obviously not and I feel sorry for people such you as life is a school where most accept they can never truly know everything and always learn from those with greater knowledge not ridiculed for asking what if’s as I have mentioned in other posts in the past.

Does this mean once Doc is flying that you lucky people across the pond now have the prospect of not only having the only two airworthy B-29’s flying together but the slim chance of a massed bomber stream with B-17’s/B-24 and the Canadian Lancaster plus other lighter bombers A-24/A-26/B-25/Mosquito/Harpoon/Ventura if wanted at a single air-show in the very near future ?

I can see that with the UK’s population explosion especially in the coming year or so with the influx of immigrants this will lead to a worsening situation within the health service so we have to make the best of it while we can, as believe you me the UK is heading towards an insurance based health care system as the USA has unfortunately. But just glad that you and Tony are on the mend and you should both take the Dr’s advice and rest up for a few days at least before trying to get back to any semblance of a routine daily activity that could possibly create more problems……:eagerness:
