I am following the Ukraine conflict through youtube as you tend to get both sides and then I try and form an idea of what is really happening, my main point was that there seems to be claims by Ukraine alleging border intrusions by troops and by armoured convoys in the main evidence to support this is on Youtube allegedly from those doing the fighting and those caught up in the whole mess.
While I appreciate the fact that there are some Russian volunteers does that also go for the Grads/Tanks/Troop Transport/Tank Transporters/Trucks/Howitzers/Self Propelled Artillery/Mlrs-Tornado ? etc.etc. that appear to be Driven/Towed/Fired by professionals or are they all operating themselves ? It seems that some reports are obviously old hat but I would say equally that some are fresh and true. Whatever they are even though the UKAF would face missiles surely they would have countermeasures ? the amount of vehicles allegedly filing in columns that stretch for has to be at least 1/4 mile in some cases (Please correct if wrong) it still begs my question and I would say that unless the pilots are colour blind and cant tell the difference between Green military and White aid convoy’s they shouldn’t be flying in the first place.
Please help me understand why as I would have thought these convoys are sitting ducks ? either that or the reports are false or another theory here the UKAF just does not have the capability to arm it’s ground attack aircraft anymore having ran out of suitable weapons and assets to do the job ?

You where right about the Dogs Of War excellent read especially the wy Roux was persuaded to give up with the assassination of attempt on Shannon with a present in his mail box. :eagerness:
I am now 1/3 the way into Andy McDermott’s – Covenant Of Genesis, only problem is it refers back to three other novels in the series. Anybody else ever pick up a book and have had the same trouble ? I feel that if I read on I have missed out on the previous story lines involving these characters again anybody else felt the same ? Also does it really matter if the three previous books are different events involving the same characters ? Your thought please gentlemen.
