Hi All,
Some would say those who sensor the posts on here at times! ๐ฎ
Geoff.
Hi All,
Why thank you Paul! ๐ฎ
Here’s another thing I cannot understand in todays papers most advertise the fact this pillock has now been more or less identified as A,B or C. Why do the tabloids make this public knowledge ? When I assume it would be better to let him and those who will undoubtedly protect him on his return think they have got away with their acts of murder, then trail him as he walks through the gates of whatever airport to return to the so called jihadist fighting get film of his movements then nab him on his return to the U.K. or better still send a sniper team to take these ******s out in what ever country they are fighting in ?
Geoff.
Hi All,
Is exiling still an option surely some antiquated law seldom used could be reactivated ? My revulsion is as everybody else’s on here but at the end of the day they are all just mercenaries a lot going with the belief it’s like playing a video game as this has been quoted by one of these nobheads already on youtube.
To my mind these ********s should just be banned from re-entry if they are found to be fighting but like I have said before they will just have their Families plead with the government ‘ They were brain washed/They didn’t mean it/He’s only 18 etc.etc.
Basically give any excuse and twist the Human rights law’s to their own advantage just like they do when being sent back home, when they should all in unison do as one father has done and disowned his son for fighting with these dead heads. What I can never understand is why when these small group of radicals are vastly outnumbered by good Muslims they have been so successful when they should have clearly been wiped of the face of the earth already.
Geoff.
Hi All,
That WW1 war poems was a hard book to get into more a case of splitting hairs than actual poems, just a review and dissection of the poems that were penned at the time. Anyway back to the book I have just started SEPULCHRE by Kate Mosse 2nd in the Labyrinth trilogy.

Hi All,
Chris Cussen,
What’s going on here then ?

I got the first from the following link:-http://www.strijdbewijs.nl/nederlanders/ariebraun.htm if your interested but you’ll need a translator app thingamabob to read it ๐ Having said that some good photos but odd that it shows your photo with no parcels and another from the web show’s the same as your Fathers  Anyway just try and enjoy the site. Below is another Operation Mana/Chow Hound Lancaster so this post can Qualify for the thread. ๐

Geoff.
Hi All,
Many thanks Denis and Hairyplane,
That’s great news I always thought it looked the part with the Argus rather than the radial engine the French put in them and someone else ? :eagerness:
Geoff.
Hi All,
With other Lancaster restorations on going what would the feasibility of trying to recreate a (Lancaster B Mark III Special (Type 464 Provisioning) ?
Being as Mr Hall has two Lancaster project’s on the go I would think the IIC that Bruce mentioned (Rather than the MkX of KB976) would be an Ideal candidate ?
To my mind Mr Hall has the perfect opportunity to recreate this modification as all other Lancaster restorations are true to the aircraft identity restorations are they not ? Or do all aircraft restorations need to be true to the aircrafts actual identity ? After all they did a similar alteration to Lancaster’s for the film so the drawings must still be available from when they altered the Lancaster’s for the film, except this alteration would be a complete replica of the changes made to the design before the raid.. Here is a link to the KB976 with all it’s history if interested:- http://www.timefadesaway.co.uk/strathallan/kb976/kb_976_intro.html

Hi All,
I had a reply from RAF Waddington as to why all the airworthy Avro’s will not be lining up.
Mr McAviney
Thank you for your e-mail.
The 3 aircraft are visiting RAF Waddington as a venue to complete their planning for commitments during the day. The opportunity to view them together is therefore at relatively short notice and taking advantage of their individual schedules. We are not looking to extend the opportunity any further, there has been a high level of interest in the event as it stands. Also it has to be borne in mind that RAF Waddington is an operational station and daily business will be on-going throughout this event.
Regards Janet
Tony@BH,

It’s a funny old game as Jimmy Greaves used to say ๐ A nice memory of the visit that you’ll always have!
This is the planned route for the 21/8 also additional info for those who are interested.
21st route Although we canโt be exact to the actual route, there are three key places where you should catch a glimpse of the three-ship formation.
– Overhead the eastern edge of Lincoln at approx. 13:30
– Overhead RAF Coningsby at 13:45
– Overhead RAF Marham at 14:00
All times approx. and are subject to change. Watch our Twitter feed, Facebook page or App Tracker for the latest positional and timing reports.

Hi All,
This is a worthy cause, I actually e-mailed RAF Leuchars about the up coming Auction of these magnifiscent aircraft on offer in particular Black Mike and how the Phantom needed to stay alive being an important part off the RAF’s QRA history and the perfect place was Bruntingthorpe along with a link to the group concerned, that was two weeks ago never heard a bean.
Do the RAF ever respond to e-mails or are they just to busy to reply ?
Geoff.
