It’s a film that you can watch again and again IMHO enjoyable romp with a quick unstoppable forward moving story…;)

I watched ‘Maggie’ last night via (Sky Cinema) A different type of ‘Arnold Schwarzenegger’ film in a very different type of zombie apocalyptic world that you could conceive of happening. Not your overflowing zombie slaughter after zombie slaughter with gore everywhere just a good believable story and makes you think what if and you can empathise with ‘Arnies’ character and the choice he is given near the end. Which would you choose is my question ? Just a good Drama/Horror film and well worth watching if you like either one or the other genres IMHO……:eagerness:

I watched the very underrated ‘Thunderbolt and Lightfoot’ via (Sky Cinema) have watched it a few times and always enjoy the film….:cool:

Thunderbolt’s old partners in crime, Red (George Kennedy) and Eddie (Geoffrey Lewis), believe he double-crossed them after they robbed a Montana bank vault several years ago. After Thunderbolt successfully pleads his innocence and is let off the hook, Lightfoot rallies them together as a group to rob the very same bank again.

Hi All,
I watched ‘Buried’ via BBCi last night and despite only one actor and set in the confines of a box that he is buried in it was quite good, mind you if you don’t have the will power to watch the same scene for the whole film it will definitely not be for you but I thought for what it was good with a unexpected ending…;)

Hi All,
I watched ‘Things to do in Denver when you’re dead’ last night via (Sky Cinema). A great cast with good acting with some now familiar faces in early roles, a couple of comic scenes as well, although I felt the story dragged at times in between the action scenes I really enjoyed the film on the whole though…:cool:

Watched ‘Enders Game’ recorded via Film4 not what I expected good FX but basically not what the trailer leads you to imagine the film to be. You have to make your own mind up at the end of the day, a so-so Sci-Fi film that is just about watchable for a fan of that genre. The film is based on the novel of the same name by Orson Scott Card. Written and directed by Gavin Hood, the film stars As a Butterfield as Andrew “Ender” Wiggin, an unusually gifted child who is sent to an advanced military academy in outer space to prepare for a future alien invasion. The end of the film sets up a sequel but that apparently is very much on the back burner being as it was a cinematic release bombed….:apologetic:

Watched ‘Red’ last night (2nd time) recorded via ‘Film4’ still a good comedy action and worth a watch in anybody’s book.:eagerness:
