I was looking at Bletchley Park’s website this evening to remind myself about what BBMF aircraft will be in their flypast on May 5th.. and I came accross this on their site…

I live 5mins drive from Bletchley Park and not seen the Reds do a flypast at Bletchley before so that made me smile. Will have my camera ready that day. :D:cool:

Good to hear that you’re enjoying your time with Almat and I wish you the very best with the rest of the training. I had a feeling those manuals would be slightly out of date. They’ll probably revise them now.

I must addmit in my days requesting FIS Culdrose Approach used to give me info about traffic in the area, which was a nice addition.

I cannot understand her reaction at all, and in fact, it deeply worries me. If a crew member has the spectacular arrogance to not even go have a look when a passenger says there’s fuel streaming out of the wing then frankly, I don’t want them within 1000 miles of any aircraft I fly on.

Gotta say I agree with that. You might get a 1001 people say similar things to you but you’ve got to look just incase one of them people were right. Her ignorance could of cost quite a few lives and thats the most fundamental point.
