Nice shot of the cap open too! I remember a C150 I used to fly, the actual oil cap used to come open inflight with the engine vibration!

No i’m not having a laugh. MAN is alright, it’s good for spotting locations but the airlines/types are not really anything to get overly excited about.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice airport.

Alternatively though, those here so ‘anti-police’ can of course do their bit by joining their local constabulary as a Special Constable, work their way up the chain of command and then.. change things as they see fit! ……. :rolleyes:

You’re right, for most it’s a case of just jump in and moan. Most don’t give time to think about the sights that officers see that the public, thankfully, do not have to. The fact that there are killers, rapists, child abusers etc convicted of their crimes because officers have arrested them, is forgotten about.
The government cuts the number of officers, yet still expect officers from various regions, including mine, to make their way down to London for the Olympics due to G4S stuffing up and therefore each region will be down on numbers more so, but whatever happens in that regard will only have the public blame the police, rather than G4S or the government with its beloved cuts.

Not all officers are bad. A few friends of mine are police constables and are nice guys. I hope to become one soon too and I would say that every police constable i’ve spoken to has been well mannered apart from one.
