    Yeah! If those oldies continued on for alot longer there would be some truely amazing digital shots of them!

    Nothing beats the look and sound of the old birdies.

    Fantastic! I wish I had been born abit earlier than the mid 80’s because I would have loved seeing the older props and early jets in action for longer.

    Nice one mate. I didnt know that N899AG was still in! I havent been over to Cranfield for a few weeks though. You can stand by that grass mound to take pics like I did.. Just dont go airside 🙂

    Thanks man, Twas a bit of a joke.. weather was awfull.. couldnt stand still because of the wind. But I love shots with runway lights on and aircraft approaching or planes all lit up with horrible dark sky as opposed to sunny side on shots so I go stand in the mess 😀

    Ahh yes I know what you mean. When I lived in Southall I spent many days over at LHR in windy and wet weather watching the planes land in the challenging conditions, great fun.

    Nice.
    How long has SAS had that MD87 in their fleet? I thought they were retiring off MD80’s and not taking more on. None the less, always great to see the MD80 series. 🙂
