Playback of today’s event, looks like a carnival going on there:

Jonesy the great, what a dream turns true, after 5 years debate on this board;)
calm down, we can see the weather conditions are really foggy, obviously nobody wants take the risk for the FIRST TIME.
We have waited for many years, how can’t stand a mere several days.
Let’s pray the weather turns clear soon
Now, the new pic shows the engine looks like indigenized–shining petals

Comparisons like this are never valid. The truck would have to be exactly the same distance from the fuselace centerline in order for this comparison to be valid. It is obvious just from glancing at the shadows being cast that the truck is not the same distance from each airframe.
Never say never, yes, there is distance difference from the same truck to different airframe, BUT, the minor difference compared to the distance from the picture taking point to the airframe is neglected, remeber those pcitures were taken in a distance by telephoto lens. Thus the ratio between the airframe & truck is dominated factor here.
Final count down & happy new year, let this remarkable image mark the ending of 2010:diablo:;):D

Consider the europeans once were the pioneer of “stealth” concept for Fighter

I personally think the engine is one of the AL-31F-Mx, X= 1or 2 supplied by Salyut
See the hot air flux at her tail, the bird is testing her engines for final thrust to the sky
Help you to post from another picturebed
A really evil looking machine :diablo:

As expected, things become clearer & better 😎
Why you want to rule yourself out when you have the 2nd canard + stealthy design?
