Now I’m drinking French wine, hope it works… 😉
Well, JH-7A already can carry YJ91 Anti-radiation Missile
It was said (or claimed) that the later versions was designed specifically
to compete with or handle Taiwan’s F-16s. Also claimed is that the one’s just
purchased by Bangeldash was sufficient enough to tackle Mirage replicas..
Well, PLAAF always want to fully utilize their vast J7/J8 fleet, so they intend to let J8F pair with J7G, one with PL12 AMRAAM, and one with PL9C off boresight WVR AAM. In a grouped air battle with plenty of ground Radar or AWACS guidance, PLAAF ‘s J8Fs could launch PL12 at BVR then the J7G fleet could take chance to close in and dog fight with bandits using their PL9Cs. Of course, the above scenario just provides a low cost alternative to PLAAF’s more ambitious J10/Su27/J11 vs Mirage2000/F16 scheme
My 2 cents for a way how J7/J8 could Vs F16 :p
… but it couldnt compete with the J-8 and is quite probably inferior to the J-7G.
so u got J7G 😀

Guys, Huangpu shipyard has started building 054A FFG with “Hot” launched HQ16 VLS 😎

Absolutely nothing cheerful for you, what we have missed for all mankind is a possible human record to challenge yet another nature limit. While for the human life and ecological and environmental protection reasons, we do in no need to risk such a stunt. Anyway, even in some unchallenged flights, tragedy of still happens anytime, any occasion, see what’s the news today:
