Sexy as it is, the future belongs to this one
Hi Have a qtn:
Are there any publicly traded chinese aviation corporation and do they sell civilian light / ultra light planes?
The AVIC’s international trading arm—CATIC itself is a public listing company in Hong Kong Stock Exchange 🙂
See the link below:
…scheduled to fly through a natural mountain arch seen in the picture known as Heavenly Gate Mountain, in a stunt flight Friday.
That’s today! wait for the picture of the moment coming out later. 😀
Here comes the bird… :p

Nope, the below signboard says it’s “ KUNLUN” Turbojet
PL-9C, the latest IR AAM available for export, it’s said the PL9C’s seeker is interchangeable to that of PL8-another Chinese made WVR AAM derived from Israeli Python 3
Ok, we need our translators………
PS:
Is that article from an offcial mainland magazine?
No, it’s not official
I’m not sure that the J-11 in that picture is WS-10 powered. The WS-10 nozzle on the testbed FLANKER had exhaust petals considerable shorter than those on the Al-31F. The engine nozzles in the photo above look like standard Al-31F nozzles to me. Could be wrong though.
After I retrieved those old testbed FLANKER pictures, I find actually there were no engines inside the FLANKER, it could be the reason wrongly impressing you that “the exhaust petals considerable shorter than those on the Al-31F”
In fact, there’s just NO any single WS10A picture leaked to the internet. 😉
Hey, guys, my 2 cents here
Design is just a very initial stage of any aero-plane project, after which, u need intensive testing to prove your design as well as your config, re-design partial or all is always the case after such tests. Hey, but that’s not all, your lab product even passed all testing is not guaranteed a true product. You still need monitor the product quality level from your assemble line and if the quality level conforms to your testing pass results obtained before, you probably finalized a aircraft. If you luckily can even export some of them, yes, you got credibility of your aviation industry because your product is proven not only by you own but a relatively independent user—your oversea customer.

…Would those be the avionics that PAF refused to accept? Are the problems with the JF-17 the reason that PAF is now interested in buying 75-100 F-16s instead? If you have’t seen it yet, I would suggest that you take a look at the LCA and the MKI’s cockpits. You may like them more.
…
Well, here’s the original Video clip of the latest introduction on JF17, please view it or better download this clip using some sort of downloading tool.
The link to the video clip, please copy the link below and paste to the new window or the download tool

Don’t care about the language, just see the pictures, you would find those JF17’s cockpit information and much more.
I’d rather listen to Neutral people’s saying 1st. Hard to control topic
Hey, hope you like it, the new 138 DDG

………???
Yes, forgot to answer your little puzzle on the core engine picture you posted :p
Yes, the one is the core engine of the middle thrust T/W 8 grade turbofan China currently developing. Previously the caption of this picture suggested the core engine is the CJ2000 T/W 10 grade core engine under developed by China Turbine Establishment is WRONG.
