The EDI machine positioned to Glasgow and then operated as LS6549 to Jersey
Here is a link to the video of the DC9 losing its tail….
Link doesn’t appear to work?
Will this apply to codeshare flights?
If checking in for a Qantas flight at a Heathrow BA desk (as you do) will they allow two bags or one?
[QUOTE=Dantheman77;1068485]According to various sources…
3. Airbuses released from the Heathrow ops by the ERJ will displace A321s slowly being phased out. Plus one A320 operating a full-week charter programme from Leeds this summer for MyTravel
A320 down to A319 presumably loses about 35 seats?
Nope. Jet2 was singled out this morning on the news as it isn’t even asking its passengers who booked before the rise to pay the extra tax – its just automatically making an extra charge against their passenger’s credit or debit cards and only contacting those where the transaction bounces. And it was said that yes, even that is legal.

The Jet2 website carries this message. Doesn’t appear to agree with what is inferred above!!
Government imposed Airport Departure Tax
Due to the government imposed APD tax of an additional 5 pounds per person, on UK departing flights, Jet2.com are in the process of contacting all customers (namely the person who’s contact details were provided at the time of booking) to organise collection of this fee in advance of travel. Please note our system for doing so involves contacting our customers in an order relating to your departure date. Therefore our call centre and sales desks are unable to assist with queries relating to this, in this instance. This will eliminate disruption at check-in, therefore maintaining our smooth, stress free check-in process. In the event we cannot contact you prior to travel, you will need to pay this fee at check-in before you travel.
As per usual the Jet2 757 has headed for Manchester
Hadn’t realised that they stopped so early for Christmas. According to their booking engine early morning departures from LBA do not return until 8th January!!
Ryanair diverted both their inbound Robin Hood flights this evening to LBA. Not that you would realise from the Robin Hood arrivals board!!
I live only 10 miles from LBA and its fine & sunny here, hence the question. Fog obviously very patchy.
Jet2’s website is carrying a flash message stating that it has cheap seats available to Lanzarote and Tenerife, and linking to the CAA official announcement.
Even more odd as FCA had an aircraft working out and back from LBA to Kitilla today!! Seems odd to use two different aircraft in two days?
Weather got even worse and the return flight landed at Newcastle!!
Presumably to PEMCO for some alteration?
