Hey all,

As we all know sikhs make a big part of indian armed forces-all branches-and many of them wear a turban for relegious reason. I have seen pics of sikh soldiers in uniforms with their traditional headgear. Could anyone please tell me whether they still wear them during military excercises/conflicts and how about pilots?

News for the FC-1 seem to run in cycles with the most coverage happening around first flights of prototypes. Anyways, there will be an avalanche of FC-1 photos at the Zhuhai airshow this fall. The story posted above, CAC is planning for one or both flying prototypes to appear at the show and is expected to take to the air.

To go from Chengdu to Zhuhai is a major accomplishment for the new plane since it would involve multiple legs. Though the prototype could be disassembled and brought to the show in pieces like the full-size mockup in the 2002 show.

umm Guys…long time no new FC-1 pics..is it that there arent any as of now or our visitors have put the pic posting on AFM to a lower priority, if thats the case..someone point me to the forums where i can get the latest pics…my FC-1 collection is stuck at ~305 for a long time now :-/ I’m looking for around ~ 500 pics as the target..
