The best stealth doesn’t rely on pure shape, but rather material technologies to reduce the signature. You would not be able to keep it that small. This is why the stealth cruise missiles are not a huge improvement over the old designs except when it comes to hiding the fan from the radar reflections. There isn’t enough size to work with in a small cruise missile, using material to absorb radar just saps its performance down too much.
