But to our UK/European friends who are against hunting….every year the states allow a short hunting period. The purpose is to manage the population of the animals. If it weren’t for the hunting, there would be so many deer out there they would starve since their reproductive capabilities seem to outpace even Rod Stewart’s.

Animal “management” I can understand.If you want to/can afford to cull animals during an allocated “season”,that’s fine by me.But why brag about it?Why not see it as “doing your duty” to your country.I put you on the same level as the guy who cleans the toilets at work.You both do a great job.Many thanks :rolleyes:
