    RE: What will be left?

There is still going to be 20 regional and local operators left in China after the re-organization.This will mean:
    Air China will absorb:
    China Southwest
    China National Aviation Group

    China Southern will absorb:
    China Northern
    Xinjiang Airlines,

    China Eastern will absorb:
    China Northwest
    Yunnan Airlines.

Between them, the groups will control nearly all international routes and around 80 percent of domestic traffic.

Airline left will include,China Southwest,Far Eastern Air Transport, Mandarin Airlines,Shanghai Airlines,Siuchuan Airlines,Xiamen Airlines and Zhongyuan Airlines as well as a few other minor airlines.

RE: Brazilian industry launches an airplane move by alcohol

Many cars run on alcohol in developing countries,if the manufacturers say its an environmentally friendly option and cuts costs then it must be a good idea.
I would think they mean ethonol not Heiniken Kabir :7

RE: Aer Lingus Makes Profit, May Seek Partner

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 12-10-02 AT 11:44 AM (GMT)]Its sad that all Aer Lingus UK flights (except London) are converting to a low cost type operation. From now on you will have to pay for any food and drink on these routes and in business class you will have a BA style deli service. What ever happened to a free service onboard an airline?
