No,i’ve never been to Calais because its not where we normally get the ferry to.Its usually St.Malo.
I’ve never been to Majorca,however,i’m off to Menorca,which I believe is the quieter of the Balearics’.
Yes I did go to La Rambla as this is where many of the main tourist attractions are.The popular church,that is still being built,that you are thinking of is La Sagrada,the Cathedral I think is La Seu.
My favourite place in France is a small town called Cancale in Bretagne.(though there are many other beautiful towns)Great fruit de mer and beautiful views. Where exactly is St.Omer because i’ve never heard of there!

In one respect I think its a good idea that US people travel on September 11th,it shows the terrorists that they have not won and people are not scared of them.
However,I question the taste of Spirit running a cheap publicity stunt on the day when,one year ealier,thousands died in a disaster which was felt by all of us.It seems to me a morbid attitude to have in light of the tragedy of September 11.
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 08-08-02 AT 08:16 AM (GMT)]Unfortunately the BA 747-200 ‘City Of Oxford’ is no longer in the BA fleet because of Cutbacks after September 11th.(All -200s were disposed of)However,the aircraft you are looking for went under the registration G-BDXG and was in the BA Blomsterang c/s.The aircraft now flies for European Aircharter.
