    RE: HRC?? Who are they??

JN is an airline called rich international,i’d been wondering about JN for some time, although i am not sure as it is based in the USA,it seems strange that it would operate a LGW-MLA flight. Not sure about HRC.Sobeliar’s three letter code is SLR and its two letter code is S3,hope this is what you wanted.

    RE: Concorde Flying again

Concorde is expected to leave Heathrow to Brize Norton.G-BOAF is expected to take to the air later on this week maybe on Wednesday or Thursday afternoon for a 3hr 20 minutes test flight.Concorde would fly out on its normal London to New York route but turn back towards the UK after an hour and then head for RAF Brize Norton.Very good news.

    RE: Best airline

I don’t think much of BMI’s in flight sevice ever.On my trip from LGW-MIR,we were given a horrible dry chicken dish, some pasta,a hard role, some kind of cheese and crumbled biscuits and a disgusting strawberry moose! Also i don’t see the point of paying for your drinks on board?when most airlines such as Virgin’s are free.

    RE: Not the first crash

In recent years the number the number of crashes in Russia has dropped.Following the collapse of the Soviet Union, air crashes plagued Russia and the former republics as aircraft maintenance and supervision deteriorated. The last aircraft crash in Russia was in October 2000 when an Il-18 went down in Georgia, killing 83 people. The last TU 154 crash was of a China Southwest Airlines in China in 1999, killing 61 people aboard.

    Very sad news,regards Saab 2000

    RE: Best airline

The best airline which i have travelled with has to be Palmair on a BAe 146 from JER-AGP.A very good service from the cabin crew who were very polite and helpful, the plane and food was nice and comfortable.I have have normally had bad experiences with chater airlines, especially Brittannia but this service was very good.My local airline Aurigny and British European are also very good.I have to say my worse airlines have to be BA and BD as there cabin crew are not that helpful and are very rude.

    RE: HETHROW RUNWAY THREE

When JER and GCI lost there Heathrow routes a group was created to safe guard air routes to the 5 main london airports. As an alternative to heathrow the groups thought that RAF Northolt was an alternative. Many people also started going to Zurich,CDG,Orly and Sciphol. As an alternative to the extremely over crowded london airports, airports such as Lydd and Manston are an option instead of heathrow.I know that each has rail and motorways close to them.
