    RE: Trip in London

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 24-01-03 AT 06:28 PM (GMT)]I would suggest for your first visit to London to go have a cup of tea with the Queen :7
Seriously, a must do in London is a trip to Harrods. You might not have the money, but just look around or go eat Sushi in the food hall, its fab! If you can’t afford that Hugo Boss shirt then just buy a Harrods teddy or biscuits instead! However, avoid Oxford Street for shopping.

If I were you I would also go to Covent Garden as the atmosphere is excellent there and so is the entertainment. Enjoy yourself!

RE: Aurigny confirms the wet-lease of BAe146-200

Yes this is what I have heard. It is for the extra capacity needed during the summer season on the GCI flights. Last year we recieved the ATR-42 but it is much more exciting this year! It will be a Titan BAe 146, which I have seen before operating on behalf of Flybe.

Ah right thanks. I suppose flying from Moenchengladbach does also prevent the delays and problems that are customary to a larger airport (hence the name Dusseldorf Express). Moreover, it does mean Air Berlin can utilise the Belgian and Dutch market more from this point, taking enthuses away from Cologne and Bonn.

    RE: Travel To Northern Cyprus

Well thank you very much all of you information and advise on my trip to Northern Cyprus.
Geedee your reply will undoubtedly come in of some use on my trip to the island. The tension and unease is the one matter that obviously is concerning me. However, when I look through the brochures, the look of the port of Kyrenia, the azure sea and the countless historical areas just tempts me even more to travelling here. It is not just my opinion on the subject, my family must also be considered to. If we are in agreement that Northern Cyprus suits our needs are ideas for a vacation then it will certainly be the place we go.

    RE: Easyjet A320?

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 23-01-03 AT 04:46 PM (GMT)]Maybe it was MYT? They have a similar orange colour to EZY on their livery and they do operate the A320.

Monchengladbach or Dusseldorf Express airport, surprises me. It doesn’t seem an airport where the German operaters woulds be interested in operating to. Just seems a bit strange compared to Dusseldorf.
I could understand it if German locos were strict on landing fees like Ryanair, but they are not and do operate to major airports.
So what are the benefits of Monchengladbach?

Unpaid bills, the normal story. One would think the PSO routes are going to Aer Arran, now at least the Irish domestic passengers can get an exceptable service.

    RE: Report on London Manston.

Well it is a good little article, but it still doesn’t really provide information for me, which changes my views on the airport. Really I think the plans are too optimistic reinforced by the poor passenger numbers out of the airport. In the future it will be cargo for Manston in my opinion, with cruise charters and other smaller services…Whether or not this includes Mama Air.

The new SNBA scheme is quite nice in my opinion. Seems like they’ve had a few minor changes in their short history!

I think all the Airline episodes shown on ITV1 at 17.30 are just a whole load of previous clips joined together. They don’t seem to co-ordinate with each other. One minute Stellios is floating EZY on the FTSE, the next minute it is Christmas.
