Great pics Allen! I went to UA’s website and they had a weather advisory for all flights in and out of ORD, so if the UA flight originated from there, that makes sense. Perhaps that advisory applies to other airports in that vicinity, as well.
US from Philly, AA from Chicago and Continental from Newark. Generally if they’re all late it’s down to the weather on the US side of the pond. Interestingly the US Airways 762 was the last to arrive and still managed to leave ten minutes early, hence the somewhat hastily taken snap as I was walking to my 23 departures photo spot.
I was listening to the US Airways talking to GLA approach on the way in, boy did they sound tired, whichever pilot was engaged in conversation kept having to double check and correct the info he was giving to approach and they kept having to ask him if he understood. I’m sure I heard a yawn in the background ? (lol) 😉
