I saw this B/Cal model at Bellahouston Park in Glasgow carrying none other than Pope John Paul II to a massive outdoor mass during his papal vist of 1982.
I’ll come and do a photo shoot of the new look Preston if you tell the boss.:D
They use allsorts of planes and helo’s for air to air snaps and some long and very short lenses too. I’ve seen shots taken by guys standing (strapped) on the open cargo deck of a C-130 Hercules.
Personally the only stuff I’ve done was TV work from an side door opened Bell Jetranger and from the somewhat cramped cockpit of an RAF Bulldog trainer.
Great fun all the same.

Whiskey Delta just wanted you to know that I ve taken a great dislike to you.To fellow members I’m guessing that these people “Whiskey Delta” are purely internet based, probably automated, stations. If they are funded by Spammers then it would make sense to exclude people who don’t affect revenue.

I have noticed how you made 6 seperate posts in the same thread when you could have included all the pictures in the one thread. I think you are trying to clock up your number of posts! Were stupid here.
Assuming WD has his own webspace from which to host the pictures of course, doofus !

Excellent model. Gemini Jets do an Aer Lingus 767 which is on my wishlist along with a few others :p
There’s another of those Lingus 747’s on e-bay just now at around £17 and rising.

Nothing beats ebay for models. The selection on there is unbeatable, much like the prices!I took a trip to modelzone in Basingstoke yesterday and bought myself this at the bargain price of £14.99. Scale of 1/144 and made by Corgi.
I’m after a 1/400 Air Force One 707 at the moment.:D

I get most of mine from http://www.classicaeromodels.co.uk Run by a guy called Mike, very good prices and excellent service. He only advertises what he stocks, unlike a lot of other dealers I could mention.
Based round your neck of the woods too Sam, in Inverurie. Aberdeenshire.
