As far as I know the military are taking the troops out of Iraq and transferring them to the commercial charters in Cyprus.
Well done Wys ! That sounds like a great day and one I’m sure the kids will remember for a long time, not to mention the spotters !
It sounds similar to the annual seaside trip the Glasgow cabbies give to underpriviliged kids each year. Nice to see an airline doing the same.
If you get to Hawaii next year and your looking for a camera man to document the trip then feel free to consider your’s truly (lol):D
A Monarch 757 minus logos and titles flew into Edinburgh today on a troop carrying medical flight.

Will be in touch when I bring this crate down safely.
Here’s a link to the new Century of Flight sim lot’s of info and nice screen shots. I’m looking forward to flying that DC-3 and Comet already.

I think it’s the distance between where your back touches the seat and where your knees touch the seat in front ?
Basically to do with the leg room whatever way you look at it.
Don’t have a go at me I’m a diehard St Mirren fan, I’m only working at the Celtic game:D

Ta Bhoy,
You’ll no doubt be impressed to hear I’m down to film the Boavista game at Parkhead, should be a good night:D
I just got it on DVD the other week for a fiver, very nice. The scene where the kid visits the flight deck is priceless !:D
I suppose those wheel bay stowaways need something to pass the time on a long flight.:p
