No, very different to TD248 and very different to before.

    Please say shiny silver….

That would be a lot of spitfire to polish!

    Shocking weather at Duxford today.

Only noticeable movements today was the catalina doing practice landings and departing early afternoon, and an unspectacular arrival of the horsemen in a Nissan Qashqai!!!

Lots going on in hangar 2 though! Makes you realise the amounts of work that it takes to maintain these old birds.

Great day, with some stunning pictures!!

Any news on the whether the silver p40c from chino is going to make its way across the Atlantic, or is it a no goer???

Lets hope the weather gods behave themselves next week to allow for a classic opening to the duxford season opener.

Only a matter of time until the wildcat gets air under its wings. Out of curiosity, how is the hellcat progressing?

Great pics mr Dorst!! That’s one type I really want to see, let’s hope Jerry allows a few displays before it leaves.

Any update on either of the FW190s – the silver ex Tom Blair example, or the ex French example that ditched in the med??

Great stuff as always. Seeing ground up restorations and the craftsmanship that goes in, really makes you appreciate these a whole lot more!

Apologies, but DCWs excellent post was the most recent
