Upgrade for the 12 existing Su-27s and purchase more Su-27/30s to have a combined total of 150-200.

Replace L-39s with MiG-AT.

If India’s LCA completes that can replace Su-22s.

Upgrade Mi-8 fleet and purchase additional Mi-17s, Ka-27/32 and Ka-50s.

Replace An-26 with An-74.

Invest in indigenous basic trainers and UAVs.

Upgrade SA-3s and buy more S-300s to replace SA-2s.
