Having flown FR several times i think they are a great airline. Yes maybe the customers get treated as numbers and not people but after all it is a low cost carrier so its exspected. After all how many airlines do you know who offer a return ticket to any destination they fly for 2p??
Sorry to say it but the industry is very much technology driven these days along with everything else in the world, although i do agree with the OAP comment, slightly unfair for people without internet access.
