The 2nd December deadline has passed. Has anyone heard anything back from No 10?
I have a vague recollection of something standing there next the hangar, perhaps a fuselage only, with German markings.
The A400 has a s**d**g great big engine too, largest turboprop ever iirc? That will be interesting to see on Snoopy.
Thanks Arthur, in the dim, dark and dank recesses of my mind, I thought it was a 146 😮 Didn’t know it was the prototype 🙂
What was it replaced by?
The Australian Supermarine company Mk26A and Mk26B use a Jabiru 8 cylinder, which is no longer produced and a GM V6 unit. The latter is aiui now the preferred unit.

If you are going for a flier, why not consider this kit option? The build time will be quicker.
JPGs usually come out a smaller file too than BMPs (bitmaps) due to compression technology available in jpeg.
Three years ago Michael Peare ferried a Tugmaster to a Canadian museum from the US. Peter, do you know which museum and the airframe?
Two photos for you here:

Also IIRC Chris Harrison at Shotteswell has a -6 ex-G-ASNB. He’s now in Aus selling Airvans exporting the Auster with him.
From the CAA register:

Hi Willip, saw you were partially after info on ‘IH so edited the title to create more draw into your thread. Seems to have worked 😉 Apologies about the accuracy, I’ve made a slight mod to adjust my mis-mod. 😮
F-AZIM is a Yak-11. What’s it doing out in the “shed” ?
Well done Keith!
time flies.
I’ll show myself out………..
That was baout four or five years ago. Former Historic mod Ashley arranged a forum visit to Duxford. We had an interesting tour of OFMC with Lee P. Someone asked if they were keeping their watches – the answer was yes! Also had a fab fascinating tour of the document and map store on the North Side, followed by road kill platter in the Whitt Red Lion. Hixton RL didn’t want us!
Have a crack with the attachments again, but be aware Key have a cap on the amount you can post overall. See the Announcement at the top of the forum.
You could upload to any online photo album, Photobucket and Picasa are but two examples. From there you can post the links here using url or img tags.
There is some sample help here in the Tutorial section for using Photobucket:
