Buzzards I think are experiencing the fastest rate of population growth. Used to see quite a few flying in and ou tof the copse at the end of the airstrip. Kites are not doing too badly and you will often see them alongside the M40, where Scottish kites were reintroduced near Wycombe some years ago. Time was when you coudn’t see a kite except on the mid-Wales mountian passes sat on top of a dead sheep. Tail shape can be an important feature to spot because against the sky and at a distance, colouring and marking can be shaded. The giveaway in the above photo is that Buzzards have fan-shaped tails.

De-icing fluid though expensive is the most effective. If you are flying club aircraft, they should buy some and not be cheapskates.

Ahh sounds like you have done your homework then. Well done 🙂 How long did it take to develop?

One thing that grates me as a pilot are those designers who come up with something very well thought out visaully but neglect the flight dynamics totally.

The usual option seems to be either using a default aircraft e.g. Cessna or “borrowing” someone else’s with the usual following claims of theft by that third-party. 🙂 🙂

Anything sent “recorded” is a licence to pilfer. This is why “Special Delivery” is pushed as it goes through a secure channel of the PO.

    Oooh that’s pretty 🙂

How did you design and calibrate the flight dynamics?

I think this has been on before but well worth watching if like me for the first time didn’t realise Zepps were used as bombers. You can iirc see how the AAA gun came about.

Doesn’t really fit when you stick it next to Airbus does it? Would an Airbus Britannia be too anglocentric? 😉 😉 THe list is limite don past types…

Not totally inspiring. So you’d have to take something from a weather phenomena, Greek mythology or a bird name. Any ideas?

Anyway, what’s all the above off-topic horse manure about? 🙂

Hi Trapper, I received a letter form my MP today in the post. The content essentially mentions that government can be insensitive to local issues. He took the original issue up with Yvette Cooper (Minister Housing and Planning) when it arose last year, but has forwarded my comments to Yvette Cooper. My MP also forwarded the reply he received from Yvette Cooper in April 2006.

Venom whistling around the airfield… then onto the runway… full power… a roar… then sadly power back to idle. According to the website she will fly soon.

Was there a B26 CGI model also?

I suppose doing both a Dutch and English version whilst in set would have been too expensive? More marketable though.

Still perhaps a good springboard for the lead actress (yum yum) into English-speaking films.
