    Remains of Gloster Gamecocl G-ADIN still in a barn somewhere in Northamptonshire, and thats where there staying for now!!
    Why is the Bulldog still in the Bush!!!!!!! Tomcat get a barrow were off!!!

    About 30 years ago the Midland A.P.S. (now Midland A.M.) acquired the propellor from ‘DIN – can we have the rest to fit it onto please?

    I used to be (in)famous for my slide shows at MAPS/MAM meetings.

    Would be chuffed to organise one for the forum meet – if nobody else does (and I can access the Museum/my slide collection).

    In the current “Wrecks and Relics” it is listed under Hollington on the B2159 west of Hastings.

    Meteor T.7 WL345 at St. Leonards Motors in Church Wood Drive and is on a pole.

    Wow, someone buy the firecrew a pint on me.

    Considering how volatile the surrounding structure is I am happily suprised at relatively small amount of damage – glad no injuries.

    I have a copy of his book ‘ A Time to Fly’ that charts all his flights and proving adventures etc etc. Its a bl**dy good read

    I’d had my copy a couple of years before I got round to reading it – shouldn’t have waited.

    I have a Renault 12 S 00, this is a license built Argus 411, which I hope will run again later this year. The only thing I still need are some watertight spark plugs.

    Nasty, hoping no one was hurt.

    Looking at the shadow of the prop on the ground it seems un-bent so the Yak was presumably static and the Falcon ran into it?
