Thanks for that, ‘Mark’, i was kind of hoping (like everyone else!) that the CAA were still talking to the ARC to try to find a way round it-that post on the ARC website seemed very optimistic
I think the problem is that the CAA treat the Flug Werk ‘190’s as a new aircraft and want it to be certificated as such-which is a very expensive and time consuming process-i dont know why they are not included in European wide certification though-and i also read that they were going to put some original parts in Mr Blair’s example to turn it into a ‘Restoration’ if they had too
