Any chance of surplus RN Type 42s ending up with the Argentine navy?
Not a hope on h.e.l.l. The poms are still upset about the Falklands incident. Besides the AdA still have one o0f there’s in active service, the other is being used as a spares source!
I wonder if the Nigerians would be interested in selling it to Argentinia and whether the Argentinian would be interest in acquiring it. Any thoughts?
Why would they want to sell off their flag ship? This ship is in better condition than those serving with the AdA.

Now you are supposing that the US would sell weapons tech to them, sadly I can’t see the AdA getting any VLS systems like the Mk-41’s any time soon, nor ESSM’s, maybe some ASROC’s, the French missiles would be more of a possibility though!
