The second pic is the older proposal.
Wasn’t aware that things had advanced further, if you have any info, please share it!
And Maiko is pretty busy in Japan right now
That must be hard on you, long distance relationships take so much work on both ends.
maybe when she gets back here she will have more time to do that, and other stuff too.
Riiiiiight
I was interested in seeing the Dutch Sub there mate, are there any plans in the dutch circles to build subs to replace these old tubs?
does anyone have any pics of some of the lesser navies? Nigeria has a MEKO 360 I know that
Oh no, more “Already Brokes” to pollute our seas with 🙁
Love these pics, great call mate, I love Drak, wonder when they will replace her now, she is starting to get on a bit!
Those A-200 look fabulous, I also hear that they are now looking for new patrol boats and Tenix is on their list 😉
Hey Arthur, did you find out about those legs? I’m still waiting on my casket of wine mate 😉
I’m suprised that Arthur didn’t mention it, but Finland are also deploying their Hornets from highway strips now to cover gaps in their airspace that the Russians have been invading.
Also a few other countries use roadways for their planes, Israel have several strips set aside should another war start up, both in the North and in the South.
Interesting pics there mate, thanks for sharing them.
What was the outcome of the study, I assume that they were looking into l/o designs without using RAM’s
How reliable is HDW?
They are one of the world leaders in Sub design, they built the three Israeli Dolphin’s and those are magic little machines!
It really is an ugly thing isn’t it, but you can’t deny its capabilities
When did they start using Ultra-lights? not that I’m opposed to it, in fact I think it’s a damd good idea, more countries should start using them.
Ok I have a couple of questions here:
1. why are there no pics of Mig-27’s low and dirty? They are supposed to be mud movers after alll!
2. Why is it so hard to find any pics of any guns being fired by soviet/Russian planes bar that old shot of the Su-7’s?
3. Does anyone have any pics of the Kadena Foxbat and any info on what happened to it? I heard that it went back to the States in a large creat.
I actually think you could be looking at a Chinese a/c undergoing an AWACS modifaication since they are buying their systems from Russia. And since that fiasco in Israel they are now trying to get the best systems for themselves, I suspect that they are buying something that not even the Russians have in service, that would explain the secrecy.
Facinating comparrisons there mate, the T-45 is actually a derivative of the BAe Hawk and costs about 1 1/2 times as much. The development from Conventional Hawk to Carrier Hawk forced the costs way up and was the main reason that the RAAF didn’t want them, besides, they really don’t carry much in terms of ordinance (one wing pylon one each wing for light munitions is all).
Just a quick question re the Cuban A/F, how good are they, do they train often enough to be considered fully effective?
