Will these Helos be passed on to IAI for upgrade to western/NATO standards which has now become the norm in the Czech Republic?

Hahahahahahahaha, thanks for the laugh Gaz, I would take it back if it weren’t true, but obviously it is other wise I would have been jumped on by now. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t hate America, just it’s policies on arms control and it’s government being selective on who gets to have what. What gives them the right to judge which country can have this and which country can’t have that. Africa is dying in poverty and America won’t lift it’s head and say “We’ll help with research into disease prevention” Instead it says to Australia “We”l let you have a free trade agreement with us providing it’s going to give us jobs and take them away from you”.

I have some VERY close american friends and they also what the government to change it’s stance on how it deals with the world, to quote one of my friends “It’s like these people are lost at birth, after school attendance are paired with someone of equall genetics then placed in a building with no windows and told that the people out side the walls, love and respect them and what they do, now run the country like a good boy and don’t ask questions, dictate answers”!

Well I don’t know about such a good fighter with out a decent threat, Sure there is that big bully next door but as has been laid down they are really no threat so I’d concerntrate all my efforts on SAR/Cas Evac and MPA’s

My list as follows:

36x MB-339FD’s (I don’t see a need for Super sonic fighters nor any type of fighter for that matter, any plane that can carry missiles would do the job and the Macchi’s are great planes)

6x Atlantique 2’s for outer layer MPA (whilest the P-3 Orion is a very capable MPA, the cost of having them is very high as is their buying price-even second hand, besides the Atlantique’s are more than able to do the job).

12x C212/400MPA’s for Inner Layer MPA (these are very good planes and in use all over the world).

24x C212/400 Transports (able to share a high deal of componants with the MPA’s thus keeping costs down, also both versions are very cheap to buy and operate)

12x CH-47D’s (Italian built models) Heavy lift

36x AB-139’s Medium Lift

24x A-109E’s Liason/Light transport/Training

24x SF-260E’s Training/Pilot Proficiency/Liason/FAC

2x EMB-190 for VIP transport (Intercontinental)

4x EMB-135 for VIP (Regional)

All deals would be done on a government to government basis thus ensuring cheapest possible prices.

Somehow I don’t think this country is Norway mainly because of this:
