I’ve tried to be nice to you, I’ve even gone as far as trying to keep your little problems out of my conversations on the board, but you presistance is becoming irritating, I’ve told you the information and where to find it, I can’t help it if you are too lazy to look for it yourself. I’m not going to enter into a flame war with you cause I simply will ignore you. You are becoming a pain.

Please refrain from any further comments on any of my topics, unless it is a valid point! You might try to return some of my private messages sometime, or are you only interested in trying to make yourself look good?

1. Iceland
I’ve always wanted to see the land of the midnight sun

2. Mongolia T
The once proud center of our globe, how sad is it that it’s been reduce to poverty now.

3. Cambodia
The most ignored country in Asia, it has a real history and if it’s anything like Vietnam (Which I’ve been to), it will be great.

4. Lithuania
I’m facintaed with the medi-evil history of this kingdom, will be very interesting to actually see it.

5. Congo
I’d love africa and this time I’d like to see the western side of it, I’ve seen the northern, southern and eastern sides. Besides just to see the mighty silver backs would be a rare thing.

I would have included Antartica, but that’s not officially a country and thus is void of this topic

Oh and yes Kab it has been mentioned before, but still nice and with so many new members, it’s nice to see what they think.

For ALL those that are still hurting over the inncident known only as 9-11, it has changed more than just the American way of life. Let us not forget those from all the other countries that suffered as well, Australia lost 24 people, New Zealand 3, Japan 44, England 128 so let us all remember and do as the American leader called for “Let us show these terrorists that they can’t win, by carrying on with our lives” George W Bush

Anyway, Ashley, good to hear from you again, how goes things?
In answer to your question, yes there are many different claims to that particular pic, mainly because so many where done very similar during WWII, this one gave no squadron but did get a few details, “A lancaster bomber, one of the most popular during WWII, this one about to begin a flight to France during 1943, taken as the ground crew warmed up the plane before the Flight crew got in.” Apparently it was taken from a group in Hendon that converted over from Wellingtons, does that sound right?

PErsonally I feel that we should go on as though nothing had happened! The people who perpertrated these Heanous Crimes against humanity, wanted to disrupt life in everyway, GWB said it the first week after it happened “We must go on as if nothing happened, otherwise it shows them that they have won, if not actually, morally and ethically, we in the free world must stand tall and say we will go on”!

As a tribute I light candels in memory! That is how I respect thos who fell fighting for freedom through the ages and throughout the world.

It’s a nice gesture that you have proposed here, but I respect the wise of the leader in his request that we go on!
