Both Kevin Rudd and AVM Geoff Sheppard have stated that the RAAF needs to grow by 10% over the next decade in order to maintain viability!

This means that the Super Bugs are going to stay, the full order of 100 F-35s will take place, 10Sqdn will be replaced with Global Hawks, there will be a second level of UAV under the HALE system, SH-2G’s will be killed off (according to Kevin Rudd- though this has nothing to do with the air force). There are more projects to come, but I don’t want to go off topic here. Basically as stated above- No one that stupid this side mate, Guess in Kiwi “Labor” means “Hippie” 😀

Ok well I had to go through and delete a heap of old attachments before I could post anymore, so here are the Females now be nice otherwise I’ll take them down- I don’t want this topic going the same way as what the otherones like this have, always ends up in grief.

They are:

1. 36Sqdn Raafie, she was fun

2. Raafie PR, she was cute

3. Raafie pilot of 37Sqdn Herk Hotel, she was shy

4. This is Steph, she’s the co-pilot of the USAF C-17 that did the dispalys

5. This F-15 handler couldn’t believe someone was interested in her.

6. This is the first Female crew chief of the RAF E-3D’s, She could take a joke and give them too.

7. People forget that Avalon wasn’t just an Airshow, it was also the LanDef 2007 Exhibition. This 15Sqdn Transport Lcorp was great fun… (long story- no comment).

I have some pics of it on the ground, wasn’t able to get any of it flying since every time it was up I was no where near it. I was suprised at how big it is, I saw it flying with a couple of Kiowas and a Blackhawk and it dwarfed the Blackhawk. But it’s still the right choice for us. I might be pursuaded to post another ten but I have to hear those pleas before I do :dev2:

I also have some rather nice pics of Females in uniform but that could digress into the thread being closed like it has every other time.

Jolly: I too was suprised about that mate,but this was the info I was given, what i think is that this bird came from the Kadena base but the pilot has transitioned from the Vipers at Misawa. The pilot who flew the Viper “Major Plasterer” knew the Eagle pilot so this kind of lends a base to my reasoning.

Jolly: mate I was just going through my other pics and you can clearly see the ZZ tail code of Kadena, so I guess someone messed up or the pilot is from Misawa. I did meet him but never got to chat to him much.

Guys the support is over whelming, Happy Birthday to you too Scoot (guys it was his b/day two days after mine).

As for the shower, you guys have the girls mate, I’m getting past all that, besides after three kids to two women a fiance that isn’t being very supportive of me atm and friends that flaunt themselves at me, you do get sick of it all.

Flex: I’ll pretend I didn’t hear that last comment mate, besides, he’s over 90 now mate, not good!

To tell you all the truth, he still has a mean hand shake, he gripped my hand the same way he grabed hold of the stick in the X-1 when she started to flutter. Sadly I’ll never have a dream come true though- I’d always wanted to fly in a WWII plane with him at the controls. His eyes are really bad these days and he is lucky to hear anything, but apart from that, his mind is still sharp as a sonic boom.
