How much you charging? will it be worth it or shall i go in the Rapide (again) instead? 😉
You’re too young.
I remember the up roar when you announced Leg-ends was cancelled.
Just look for the spacehopper, then you’ll find us
Should be lurking somewhere… I am sure I will catch up with you all.
Sorry, who are you ?
reckons the finished aircraft will be 70% genuine Spitfire parts
I beg to ask what aircraft the other 30% of the parts will be from ?
The engines have to have a £65,000 rebuild every 500 hours, and it will cost £54,000 to insure it to fly,” said Mr Phillips
So this is the very rare twin engined Spitfire then ????
Team shirt?
Brilliant I want one.
“Ride a Spacehopper at Legends 2005”
On second thoughts I may stay at home and watch horror films…
I know I’ve seen Robbo in shorts before now, not on a full stomach !!!!!!!!!
Yawn !!!! Time for bed I think
Kev I will have the yellow peril, so the chance of you being tied to the back to check your stability at very high speeds is still a possibility.
I’ll be there Friday to Sunday. Friday and Saturday night at the Red Lion. George will be there Saturday. I shall sit in my usual haunt of the top end, ie the mound up by the Land Warfare Hall, once the display kicks off – so you’ll easily avoid me! I suggest a gathering of us all up there perhaps? I find it the best area from which to view the flying. To recognise me, look for Christopher Biggins – I’ll be the bald goatee-geezer next to him. If I have no goatee and am next to Biggins I may be a Robbo. Either way come and say hi, take your shoes off, and sit awhile. Then you too can be cliqued.
I’ll be the CB look alike helping to tend the goatherders flock, I may be in shorts and sandals. If you find the goartherder and the chap stood next to him is wearing shorts but not sandals that will be Robbo.
The side show will be the free spacehopper rides.
A Yank is coming…or something like that. Should be there on Saturday
Dan
Look forward to seeing you Dan.
Lovely film, a small amount of CGI mixed in with new stuff and clips from the BoB.
More to the point, who’s going to partake in a pint at the Red Lion, gathered around Francois’s bench ?
And what ever happened to the proposed project to recover the Chinese Stirling ?
I will be there Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You lucky lucky people.
I believe the American Morris Dancer is not going to be at Leg-ends.
