They’re full of Iron, and good for you. Soup is probably the best way of eating them, a bit like spinach.

I often wondered what happened to him.
I never knew he took up boxing–didn’t seem to have the build for it.
What weight did he compete at?

He seemed to put on weight, but now looks after himself and peddles his low fat grilling machine on TV.

Our RNZAF A4K’s were always more than a match for F14’s, or any other type, without having to be stripped out. But then that’s all down to training, something sadly we’ve completely lost today. 🙁

Unlike the Argentine version against the RN’s SHAR’s !!!!

And now that I’ve thought of it more, what difference does it make whether people speculate on the cause of the crash?

Because there are people on these forums who do have friends and relatives with the forces in Iraq, and who do go through the pain and anguish every time this type of news is released. To have a bunch of armchair theorist speculating over what happened “possibly to their loved ones” does not help the matter.

You probably don’t recall the upset that was caused by these theorists when the RNHF Firefly crashed at Duxford the year before last. They stated speculating and giving their opinions, not realising that the brother of the pilot was a regular contributor to the Historic forum.

All I’ve asked is that before you start giving your worldly opinions remember that this is a public forum and that you do not know who may be reading these threads.

Oh and what does it matter which aircraft it was, it is just a lump of metal !!!

This is what I like about the flames wars forum, just a bunch of arm chair theorist’s.

Next you’ll be asking what’s the best RPG to bring down a C130, and should the Chinese be buying it.

Maybe a little bit of respect is in order before the speculation starts.
