“Cuts do not make looters and thieves”
It’s not often I agree with a leftist like Diane Abbot but on this occasion I agree whole heartedly. This has ****** all to do with a disenfranchised youth, cuts, social depravation etc.
She also makes another good point on the BBC this morning :-
“We have to regain control of the streets & we have to have a decisive strategy for doing that. One thing I think we should consider is some sort of curfew. Very hard to enforce in a 24hr city but what’s happening is kids are sitting at home, seeing other kids looting trainer shops, looting phone shops, & thinking ‘I’ll have some of that’. What we can’t have is increasing numbers of young people coming out to loot night after night”
It’s at times like this all sides of the house should put down their differences, not try to score political points and come together to sort a mess like this out.
Andy it appears Cameron is on his way home as you type.

He’s meant to be flying as he did last time.

A tenuous link, Cliff Robertson owned and operated MK923 for a few years.
I can appreciate Murdoch may not have known how the reporters were gleaning their information via hacking and phone taps, as President, Chairman or CEO of a large international multi faceted organisation he can’t have his eyes everywhere and would be relying on his Lieutenants to do his bidding for him and to return the goods.
He wouldn’t even be actually signing the majority of cheques, this would be delegated to various bods below him, each with various levels of signing authorisation for procurement purposes, however he should be in receipt of monthly accounts and yearly accounts and should have been asking what large payments were being made and why. Therefore ignorance of the corrupt practices being undertaken by his staff should not be a defence line.

One of the escorting Buchons lost its rudder in a taxing accident. I believe it now resides in a local occupation collection;)
An aircraft on the far perimeter is unidentifiable but may be the lone Spitfire IX that went to Spain, MH415.

Why are so many people on here so excited using big grinning smileys and other stuff in reference to the possibility it was shot down? Its like some of you hope it was shot down and not a mechanical failure. Strange group
Because it’s war man !!!!
And therefore the arm chair experts and anoraks on this forum get to use their wide ranging analytical skills and big acronyms to impress no one and talk b*ll*cks.

I agree Moggy, though with one slight amendment, he is actually American born, but brought up in Australia !!!
