Rockhoppers suggestion Not being a Lightning expert(amongst other things) Is it possible if the seat does not fire to jettison the canopy flip it on its back and drop out. Is it the case with this aircraft is it designed with a canopy that breaks on ejection and does the canopy open wide enough to allow an exit without getting ripped to bits?
