I can’t get a 1/72 Mk22 in Bristol yet and that was going to be my test build before I start on the 1/32 one.The ony problem with that is I can’t find any decals for 603 in 1/32. If you( or anyone else) can point me in the direction of some I would be grateful.

She is open to the public on Sunday.

“HMS Ocean will sail up the River Thames to berth at Greenwich on Friday evening (July 13) and will be open to visit by the public on Sunday (July 15) – a unique opportunity to tour the largest ship in the Royal Navy”.

Again lets not speculate on the cause of this accident but confine ourselves to wishes for the pilots recovery and support for his loved ones. We can all read the AAIB report when it is published.

When my Father in Law was in hospital riddled with cancer a Sister came up to my wife and I and sad the following. “We can continue treating him and prolong his life by a couple of weeks or stop treatment and just make him comfortable and let him have a quicker and more dignified death”. As he was in pain mainly unconcious and rambling we chose the latter. He died peacefully two days later.

So was the Sister right in asking us that or is the quantity of life more important than the quality? BTW he was 86 and had always prided himself on being smart and dignified in everything he had done.

So lets run it up the flagpole and see who salutes!

No major project is ever installed on time, within budget, and with the same staff that started it.

A problem shared is a buck passed.

I know that you believe that you understand what you think I said but I am not sure you realise that what you heard is not what I meant.

If everything is going exactly to plan, something somewhere is going massively wrong.
